This is a 4-week career coaching program that will help you:
- Gain clarity on how you define a more meaningful career.
- Build the skill set and tools to manage your career effectively both now and in the future.
Scope of the Program:
- Career Exploration: Step back and re-evaluate your life and career priorities. You will complete career assessments to receive greater clarity on your strengths, values, and interests. Explore new career options with your Career Coach.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the demand and needs related to your new career options. Uncover relevant information from hiring executives.
- Career Path & Plan: Create a 5-year Career Path. Then design a clear game plan to achieve your goals via creation of a Marketing Plan.
- Career Communications: Tune up your resume, cover letters, LinkedIn profile, networking requests, and SMART stories by leveraging templates and guidelines that provide best practices. Your Career Coach provides feedback on the career documents you write to ensure your personal brand resonates with hiring executives.

#2 RESUME WRITING:
For busy executives who want to outsource the writing of their resume to a Career Coach. We schedule several video conferences to gather information and also calibrate on the first draft before finalizing the new resume.
